Recipe: Appetizer: Parmigiano with Balsamic

Simply dot slivers of Parmigiano with a few drops of very good quality, aged Balsamic. A classic pairing that is delicious with crusty bread.

Wine Skinny Tip: Serve this before an Italian dinner, with an Italian red wine and an assortment of other antipasti.
