Summer Tomato & Goat Cheese Salad

This is more inspiration than actual recipe. The idea is to take full advantage of summer tomatoes - if you can't find any suitable specimens, don't bother making it!

Thickly slice ripe, summer tomatoes. Sprinkle with best quality sea salt and cracked black pepper. Then drizzle with good quality olive oil and just a few drops of red wine vinegar. Sprinkle with crumbled fresh goat cheese and just a pinch of very finely minced fresh rosemary.
